Approximately 1trillion dollars is spent in the construction industry annually. NCTA is committed to bringing more of those dollars to our members and partners. We are accomplishing this based on several different factors all with a vision of improving our industry and strengthening our members. NCTA has created a community that works from within whenever possible. Most vendors and suppliers have offered special or national pricing for our members which creates loyalty from our members. It is time we not only create new customers but, more importantly long-term relationships.
The NCTA National Convention & Trade Show will be a unique and value-packed opportunity for suppliers and vendors to take their services and products directly to the segment that uses them.
NCTA is the only ALL TRADES society and we will reach millions of construction and real estate professionals in 2016. From general contractors to fix and flip real estate investors, we will eventually touch them all creating optimal exposure for our sponsors and exhibitors.

  • Approximately 1500 attendees / decision makers will attend the 2016 NCTA National Convention in Atlanta Georgia. Most all of them are the decision makers in their business so creating those relationships should be at a premium.
  • Exhibitors will enjoy more than 12 hours of exhibition time over the course of 2 ½ days. Educational workshops will be going on adjacent to the expo hall keeping your potential new customers close.  Networking and breaks areas are just outside the exhibition hall creating a constant flow of traffic through the hall.
  • In addition to exhibit space, there is also multiple other advertising opportunities available to maximize your exposure. All of these are first come first serve… no exceptions.

Keynote Speaker ROSS BERNSTEIN

“The Champion’s Code: Building Relationships Through Life Lessons of Integrity and Accountability from the Sports World to the Business World”

The best-selling author of nearly 50 sports books, Ross Bernstein is an award-winning peak performance business speaker who's keynoted conferences on four continents and has been featured on CNN, ESPN, Fox News, and “CBS This Morning,” as well as in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. Ross' program is based on a series of books he wrote in which he was able to interview more than 500 professional athletes and coaches that all had one thing in common — they were all members of championship teams. In his research he concluded that the same metrics and characteristics that were common among champions in sports, were also common in peak performers in business. As he learned, champions have a very unique DNA — and his goal in this keynote session is to get audience members thinking about their own DNA — and about the DIFFERENTIATORS they possess which would ultimately lead customers to CHOOSE to do business with them. Evan Wolfe

Evan Wolfe is a native New Yorker who moved to South Florida with his family while he was in High School. He graduated From the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in economics. He then earned his Jurist Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Wolfe was first introduced to the world of property damage and insurance claims when he and his college roommate accidently burned down their house while cooking dinner. He quickly learned on his own insurance claim that the process could be long, frustrating and drawn out. He started representing property owners who suffered damage after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Mr. Wolfe devoted so much time to assisting indigent victims of the storm that he was awarded the Pro Bono Service award that year from the Florida Bar.

Mr. Wolfe’s practice is exclusively focused on representing policyholders who have suffered damage from hurricanes, floods, tornado, hailstorms, fires, thefts, blasting, collapse and all other forms of property damage. His clients range from municipalities, houses of worship, condominium associations, homeowners associations, private residences, apartment complexes, office buildings, hotel, motels and warehouses.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for Colorado, Western Oklahoma, Nebraska, New Mexico, West Texas, Eastern and Western Arkansas and Northern Illinois. With the assistance of his network of co counsel attorneys, he handles cases all across the country.

Mr. Wolfe is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and The Federal Bar Association, Colorado Chapter. He is also a member of The Florida Bar City, County and Local Government Section, The Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, The Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, The National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, The Rocky Mountain Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, The Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, as well as the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of The Community Association Inc., Denver Chapter and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Mr. Wolfe has served as an instructor and speaker at the Windstorm Insurance Network annual conference, the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and various Community Association Inc., meetings.

Exhibitors that want to participate only on the set up and show dates should only book the 8th which is the registration and set up day and the 9th which is the first show day.  Tear down is scheduled for the 11th but you may choose to check out on the 10th.  Book your rooms accordingly and book them early as we are starting to fill up.
